Las organizaciones neonazis tienen cada vez más fuerza en la capital germana. El servicio de Inteligencia británico envía a Berlín al agente Quiller para que reemplace a un colega que acaba de ser asesinado. Quiller tendrá que detener a Oktober, el jefe de la banda, y a sus peligrosos secuaces. Para ello, contará con la ayuda de Inge, una maestra de escuela.
