Two brothers, Owen and Ethan Carter, thought they had their lives figured out. Owen is on the verge of adulthood—ready to graduate high school and head off to college. Ethan, just thirteen, is preparing for the start of his middle school journey. But their plans come crashing down when they are falsely accused of a brutal murder that shakes their small town to its core. Forced to flee the only home they've ever known, the boys must rely on each other as they navigate betrayal, fear, and the growing rage of a town determined to see them brought to justice. As the manhunt intensifies, the truth begins to surface—but will it be too late to save them?
