What was stand-up comedy like at the turn of the 20th century? This film is an intimate look at Mark Twain and the Genesis of stand-up comedy where he opines on current events of over a hundred years ago that are eerily similar to today. Twain points out the absurdity's and hypocrisies of politics, man, religion, no one is safe.
