Drama Total: Todos Estrellas es la primera parte de la quinta temporada de la serie. La temporada tendrá lugar nuevamnete en el Campamento Wawanakwa, la isla original utilizado en la primera y cuarta temporada. Cuenta con los 14 concursantes más populares de las primeras cuatro temporadas anteriores, los cuales son: Alejandro, Cameron, Courtney, Duncan, Gwen, Heather, Jo, Lightning, Lindsay, Mike, Sam, Scott, Sierra, y Zoey. La tematica de esta temporada sera Heroes vs Villanos, diviendose los 14 competidores en los Hanster Heroicos y Los Buitres Villanos. Al igual que en las temporadas anteriores en equipo que pierda el desafio eliminara a uno de sus integrantes. La gente ahora se eliminarán mediante el Retrete de la Vergüenza y el ganador se lleva a casa una vez más C $ 1,000,000.
