← American Godfathers: The Five Families
Saison 1
3 épisodes · 2024
An account of the founding and history of the Gambino, Genovese, Lucchese, Bonanno and Colombo families — also known as the famed five crime families of New York.
1Death of the Old Rules
Chronicles the American Mafia's rise from NYC neighborhoods through Prohibition, the 1950s boom, and how violence, drugs, and hearings undermined their code of honor.
2Rise of the New Dons
Rise of The New Dons focuses on the deadly conflict between the Families' old guard and a new generation of younger, American-born, mobsters willing to defy the authority of the bosses and the long-established rules in order to fulfill their own ambitions of power, wealth, and revenge.
3The Last Don
The Last Don shows how a decidedly new, more aggressive commitment by law enforcement to "eradicate" the mafia forces the families to find creative ways to stay in business and out of jail. But it's not as easy as it's been in the past and some are willing to throw it all away, once and for all.
