Adam Richman's food quest takes him to San Antonio, Texas where a 3-pound cinnamon roll, a 42-inch pizza, and a burger topped with the spiciest chilies in the world await.
2Las Vegas
Adam Richman is in Las Vegas, Nevada for huge breakfasts, some of the hottest crawfish in the country, and a massive challenge known as the Big Badass Burrito.
3Charleston
Adam Richman travels to Charleston, South Carolina for oysters served by the shovel, a fried chicken sandwich smothered in sausage gravy, and a spicy tuna sushi challenge.
4San Francisco
Adam Richman devours a Mission Style Super Burrito, ginormous sandwiches, and a two gallon monster sundae known as The Kitchen Sink in San Francisco, California.
5Durham
Adam Richman returns to Durham, North Carolina, for burgers and barbeque, and to recruit a team for the Doughman Challenge: a four-member, food-and-sport relay race.

Adam Richman visits beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii for traditional eats like pipikaula short rib, the Loco Moco, a burger dish topped with fried eggs and gravy. He then tackles a gargantuan pancake challenge.

Adam Richman's food quest continues to Springfield, Illinois, where he'll sample a local favorite called The Horseshoe, visit the place that invented the corndog, and take the Firebrand Chili Challenge at Joe Roger's Chili Parlor.
11Boise
Adam Richman visits Boise, Idaho for Frisbee-sized burgers, spicy habanero pizza, and the massive Johnny B. Goode challenge at Rockies Diner.
12Washington, D.C.
Adam takes on the Nation's Capital and attempts to devour a 6 pound milkshake and a 1.5 pound sandwich.

Adam's search for the best grub in the U.S. takes him to Baltimore, Maryland, for some pit beef, blue crabs, and the Great Steak Challenge.

Adam Richman visits Detroit, Michigan for the massive Triple Threat Pork sandwich, two dueling Coney Dog joints, and the world's biggest burger.

Adam Richman heads to New Brunswick, New Jersey for massive triple-decker deli sandwiches, two-pound Stromboli, and the legendary Fat Sandwich Challenge at the R.U. Hungry grease truck.

Adam Richman is off to Hartford, Connecticut for some humongous hot dogs, steamed cheeseburgers, and a ten-pound super-stuffed pizza challenge at Randy's Wooster St. Pizza Shop.
