Joy Nakanishi Fass est la propriétaire de « L'Osaka » à Las Vegas. À ses débuts, les clients étaient nombreux et faisaient la queue devant la porte. Mais depuis, de nombreux concurrents ont ouvert et Joy voit sa clientèle diminuer de jour en jour. Tommy Thomson est le propriétaire du « Buon Gusto » à Las Vegas. Joel, son fils, y travaillait pendant ses études et lorsque le restaurant a été mis en vente, ils ont sauté sur l'occasion. La pizzeria a évoluée en restaurant, proposant une cuisine italienne haut de gamme. L'établissement fonctionnait à plein régime après son rachat mais aujourd'hui, ils luttent pour rester ouvert. Sur Internet, les clients complimentent la cuisine mais ils critiquent la qualité du service. Grâce à ses caméras et ses micros, Willie constate que la carte manque d'identité et de plats sains.
