Ève se remet des événements qui lui ont permis de découvrir la vérité sur la disparition de son fils William. De son côté, Maryse compte les heures qu’il lui reste au centre de réadaptation où elle réside depuis son attaque. Comme elle se remet d’une commotion cérébrale, certains moments entourant les événements de son attaque lui échappent. Elle a besoin d’Ève pour trouver le visage de son assaillant et comprendre le mobile de son agression. Depuis le congé de Maryse, Bernard (Rémy Girard) doit assurer l’intérim de l’Unité et le seul point positif à cette situation c’est qu’il peut poursuivre sa thérapie. Depuis les tristes événements de la tuerie à Montréal, Anto a quant à lui pris du galon et même, parfois, les mauvais plis du molosse. Maintenant en couple, Anto fait tout pour oublier les horribles événements qui l’ont poussé à tuer. Heureusement pour lui, Elektra, qui s’est récemment jointe à l’Unité et avec qui il a développé une amitié, veille sur lui..
