Kimi to Sekai ga Owaru Hi ni Tokubetsu-hen
Former mechanic Mamiya Hibiki goes to a hospital to search for remedy for Kurumi, who disappeared after being infected with the golem virus while carrying his child. Upon arrival, Hibiki realized that the outbreak of the golem virus has already happened in the hospital. During the panic, Ito Aki, a nurse who is pregnant with doctor Igarashi Shuichi's child, was pushed down the stairs by someone, lost her consciousness and later woke up in a room with many golems. To survive in this apocalyptic world for Kurumi, Hibiki cooperates with the survivors in the hospital and decide to a research institute which has the therapeautic drug Hibiki is looking for.

Mamiya Hibiki conhece o "Caçador de Golems, Ace", que afirma viajar pelo mundo caçando golems e se comunicar com outros caçadores de vários lugares por meio de um walkie-talkie, e Reina, que foi salva por Hibiki durante sua jornada. Hibiki e seus amigos decidem visitar o Resort Ichinose, um resort com rumores onde jovens sobreviventes se reúnem. O Resort Ichinose é protegido por cercas e eles conhecem Ichinose Ryo, o líder do grupo de jovens. Ryo recebe Hibiki e seus amigos alegremente, mas parece que ele tem um lado sombrio.
