Through workplace tasks, tactical shifts, eliminations, and power votes, Workers strive to climb up while Rulers fight to protect their status, because only a player standing at the top in the Penthouse can claim the accumulated prize money.

The grand premiere kicks off with an audience valuation twist, dividing the contestants into luxury Penthouse Rulers and hard-labor Basement Workers. As the initial hierarchy is established, the Workers prepare for their first shifts to build the collective prize pot, while early tensions and tactical alliances immediately surface.
