Zordon a été capturé par Dark Specter, le chef suprême de l'empire du mal. Les Power Rangers Turbo décident donc d'aller le secourir mais leur quartier général est pris d'assaut par Divatox et réduit en miettes. Sans leurs pouvoirs les Rangers ne peuvent rien pour Zordon, ils décident donc d'embarquer à bord d'une navette spatiale pour essayer de trouver de l'aide ailleurs - mais leur navette s'écrase sur une planète inconnue. Ils sont aussitôt attaqués par les gardes du corps d'Astronema, le second de Dark Specter. Les Rangers sont sur le point d'être tués mais un homme les sauve. Cet homme s'appelle Andros, c'est un Power Ranger de L'Espace. Les nouveaux Rangers décident de conjointement rechercher Zordon et Karone, la soeur d'Andros. Ils seront aidés dans cette tâche par le Fantôme Ranger et plus tard par le Ranger Argenté. L'opération pour le sauvetage de Zordon vient de commencer…
