The Beekeeper (2013)
95 min
Andrew takes pride in being the only beekeeper in New York City who makes a living solely from keeping bees. Despite his confidence, Andrew admits to feeling pressure from the younger, more tech-savvy beekeepers nipping at his heels. At the Brooklyn Navy Yard, twenty-something beekeeper Tim O'Neal trains beekeeping apprentices while his partner Chase Emmons strategizes how to compete with Andrew's thriving local honey business. The world of beekeeping in New York city is a sweet but sticky tale.
